Questions
Before you start.
Do you need the CAD file?
Yes. To get faithful stones and metals we start from the file used for production. Without a CAD we can model from photos, quoted separately.
Which formats do you accept?
Rhino (.3dm), STEP, OBJ, FBX, STL and GLB. Rhino and MatrixGold work best: we also read layer names to recognize the stones.
How long does it take?
A standard model is ready for preview within 48 working hours of receiving complete files. For whole collections we agree a schedule.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Recent devices get the full rendering; older ones switch to a lighter compatibility mode.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice before the end of the period. When you leave, we hand over the still images already produced.
Are my files safe?
Your CAD files stay yours and we use them only to prepare your models. Online models open only on the domains you authorize.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes: we prepare the first model for free. If you like it, you choose a plan.
Do you make photos and videos too?
Yes, from the same model: every setup includes one product photo, and the Catalog Pack gives 4 views, square and vertical 360 videos for product pages and Reels, and up to 6 variants. Variants need no physical samples, and file names carry the variant code for bulk upload to Shopify.
